If the registration fee poses a financial hardship for you, please email bakerscholars@georgetown.edu to request a fee waiver. Requests should be received by September 29, 2023, at 5:00 pm ET.

Accommodation requests related to a disability should be made by Monday, October 2, 2023 to bakerscholars@georgetown.edu. A good faith effort will be made to fulfill requests made after Monday, October 2, 2023.

The program-sponsored events will begin with Check-In and On-Site Registration at 2:00 pm on Friday, October 20th, and will conclude following the Baker Book Exchange at 11:00 am on Sunday, October 22nd.

Georgetown University has partnered with a number of area hotels to offer special discounted rates for Georgetown guests to stay while visiting campus. For more information, please visit the University’s listing of area hotels.

A limited amount of visitor parking is available in the Southwest Garage. For more information, including location and fees, please visit the University’s Transportation website.

Worldwide Parking Solution operates a parking garage that is walking distance to the University. Visitors can access their garage at 3251 Prospect Street, NW, Washington, DC 20007.
